Interconnection

To establish a direct SIP trunk or carrier connection with didlogic, please review our technical baseline requirements below and complete our Interconnection Form. This form ensures correct network routing, IP whitelisting, and optimal audio quality before turning up live traffic.

Content:

  • Network & Signaling: Your public SIP signaling IPs/subnets, preferred transport protocols (UDP/TCP/TLS), and media (RTP) IP ranges.

  • Audio Codecs: Supported voice codecs (e.g., G.711u/a, G.729) and DTMF payload preferences (RFC 2833 recommended).

  • Routing Parameters: Inbound/outbound E.164 number formatting requirements and requested CPS (Calls Per Second) limits.

  • Operational Contacts: 24/7 NOC email/phone contacts and technical escalation contacts for peering issues.

  3. Our NOC team will verify your IP ACLs and conduct a brief interop test prior to production activation.
