Account Balance & Compliance

Before you can process your first payment, your account undergoes a standard Compliance verification. This is a one-time security measure that may take up to 2 hours.

While you can add your credit card details in the Pay section immediately after registration, the card will remain inactive for security purposes until the compliance check is complete. Once your account is verified, your card is automatically enabled for manual payments and Auto Top-up — a feature we highly recommend to ensure your services are never interrupted.

If you need to test our connectivity, reach out to our Sales team. We can often provide a free test credit to help you explore the platform without delay.

Managing Your Balance

It is important to note that didlogic operates on a real-time prepaid basis. If your account balance is $0, you will be unable to initiate outbound calls or maintain active inbound routing.

To help you get started without immediate overhead, every new account includes a free Promo number active for your first 30 days. This allows you to test inbound connectivity and outbound Caller ID functionality the moment your compliance is cleared and your balance is topped up.

Auto Top-Up

To ensure your communication services remain uninterrupted, we offer an Auto Top-Up feature that automatically manages your account balance. This is especially critical for high-volume clients, as a $0 balance will immediately suspend both outbound calling and inbound routing.

How It Works\nYou can configure the system to monitor your balance and trigger a payment automatically when it reaches a specific "floor." You define two key values:

  • Threshold: The balance amount that triggers a payment (e.g., $10).
  • Top-Up Amount: The specific amount to be charged to your card (e.g., $50).

When your balance drops below your chosen threshold, the platform will automatically charge your card on file for the pre-set top-up amount.

info
  • Daily Limit: To protect your account from accidental overcharging or multiple rapid hits, the platform triggers an auto top-up payment only once every 24 hours.
  • The 30-Minute Check: The system checks your balance against your threshold every 30 minutes.
  • Strategic Value Selection: Because of the daily limit and the 30-minute check interval, your settings must be calculated carefully:
    • Threshold: Do not set your threshold lower than your average 30-minute usage. If you spend $10 every half hour but set your threshold at $5, you risk hitting $0 before the system's next check.
    • Top-Up Amount: Ensure your top-up amount is sufficient to cover your entire expected daily usage. Since the payment can only trigger once per day, an insufficient amount could leave you with a $0 balance before the next 24-hour cycle allows a new transaction.
